Packaging is one of the most critical requirements in this industry and hence we provide protective packaging that guarantees complete safety of the steel craft works in the move. We realize that each product requires different type packaging depending on its delicacy and destination. While packaging, various factors like fragility, dimensions and cubic volume of the art or object is taken into consideration. Hence all our goods are packed according to their requirement, using corrugated boxes, bubble wrappers etc. We also use heavy weight cartons and natural recyclable craft papers to protect the items against any kind of damage during transportation. Some items are individually packed in inner boxes, if required. Each master carton is covered and stitched by polythene sheets for additional safety.

We use highest quality, industry approved materials for making of customized boxes and crates. Our packaging procedure includes packing with butter paper, which provides a reasonable protection from friction during handling and transport. This is followed by a bubble wrap covering, which gives a cushion protection . We also provide climate control solutions, which is suitable for containerized exports. The use of 1 or 3 ply corrugated sheets gives a reasonably firm protection to the consignments. We also use polyethylene that is a durable, flexible, chemically resistant and waterproof plastic. An item wrapped in polythene will maintain the relative humidity in which it has been stored or exhibited. Making use of right packaging material & method is as important as choosing the right raw material & production technique for a product and we understand this.
